Equipment Structure And Composition

Mixing drum: This is a closed space where the mixing process occurs, designed in a cylindrical or U-shaped shape to ensure uniform distribution of materials during the mixing process.

Working Principle
The working principle of the BB fertilizer mixer is based on the rotation of the mixing device inside the mixing drum, which mixes different types of fertilizer raw materials through the mixing blades:
Feed: Various fertilizer raw materials are added to the mixing drum from the feed inlet.
Mixing: The motor drives the stirring shaft to rotate, and the stirring blades shear, roll, and diffuse the raw materials during the rotation process, achieving uniform mixing of the raw materials.
Discharge: The evenly mixed BB fertilizer is discharged from the discharge port or discharge valve, usually sent to the packaging equipment through a conveyor belt or pneumatic conveying system.
