Coating Machine
Coating machine, also known as film packaging machine or laminating machine, is an automated equipment used to cover a layer of film on the surface of a product. It is widely used in various industries such as food, medicine, electronics, daily necessities, and chemical industry. The main function of the coating machine is to improve the moisture, dust, and corrosion resistance of the product, while enhancing the appearance and packaging protection of the product. Equipment Structure And Composition
The structure of the coating machine mainly includes the following parts:
Conveyor system: used to transport products to be coated, commonly including belt conveyors, chain conveyors, etc., to ensure that the products enter the coating position smoothly and accurately.
Film supply system: including film roll, film guide mechanism, and film tensioning device, used to provide continuous and stable film supply.
Heating system: using heating tubes, infrared heating lamps and other equipment to heat the film, soften it and tightly adhere it to the surface of the product.
Molding system: The softened film is molded into shape using molds or hot air to conform to the shape of the product.
Cooling system: After the film is bonded, it is quickly cooled by air or water cooling to shape the film and improve the quality of the coating.
Control system: Adopting PLC or microcomputer control system to achieve automatic operation of equipment, including speed control, temperature control, fault detection and other functions.
Security protection system: including emergency stop switch, safety door, etc., to ensure the safety of operators.
Working Principle
The working principle of the coating machine is that the product is first sent to the coating position through the conveying system, and the film is pulled out from the film supply system and covered on the product. Subsequently, the heating system heats the film to a softened state and uses the forming system to adhere the film to the surface of the product. Finally, the cooling system rapidly cools and shapes the film, completing the coating process. The entire process is automated through a control system to ensure the quality and efficiency of the coating.
