Livestock farm waste (animal manure, bedding, etc.) is produced in large quantities and is highly moist and viscous. Improper treatment can easily lead to environmental problems. This modern organic fertilizer production line, centered on “closed-loop treatment and efficient conversion,” achieves the dual goals of harmless treatment and resource utilization of waste.
Pre-treatment stage: First, impurities (stones, plastics, etc.) are removed from the waste using screening equipment. Then, auxiliary materials such as straw and sawdust are added proportionally through a mixing device to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio and humidity to optimal levels for fermentation. Simultaneously, solid-liquid separation equipment is used to dewater high-moisture waste.
Intelligent fermentation stage: A fermentation system composed of horizontal fermentation tanks or double screws compost turning machines is used. Through intelligent control of temperature and oxygen supply, the material pile temperature is stabilized at 55-65℃, and composting is completed in 7-15 days.
Deep processing stage: After crushing and screening, the composted material is shaped using a rotary drum granulator, reducing energy consumption while preserving nutrients. Finally, after finished product screening and packaging, organic fertilizer with uniform granules and stable fertilizer efficiency is produced, which can be directly used in planting scenarios, forming a resource-efficient closed loop of “waste-organic fertilizer-planting.”
This solution balances environmental protection and economic benefits, solving the pollution problem of livestock farm waste while transforming waste into valuable resources and creating economic value. It is suitable for the large-scale and standardized operation needs of modern livestock farms.
