Vibrating screener machines are the “material sorting experts” in fertilizer production, widely used in fertilizer, mining, and other fields. Their core function is to achieve efficient separation of materials with different particle sizes through vibration.
Their “power heart” comes in two types: one is a vibrating motor, which generates centrifugal force through the rotation of eccentric blocks at both ends of the rotor, converting it into stable vibration, suitable for small and medium-sized screening; the other is an exciter, driven by meshing gears to rotate the eccentric shaft, allowing for flexible adjustment of vibration amplitude and frequency, suitable for processing large, high-hardness materials.
The key to material separation lies in the movement of the screen surface: vibration causes the screen box to perform three-dimensional linear or circular motion. After the material falls onto the screen surface, it forms a cyclical motion of “forward projection + falling.” Materials smaller than the screen mesh pass through the screen as “undersize,” while those larger than the screen mesh are discharged from the other end of the screen box as “oversize.”
The screening effect is affected by three main parameters: vibration frequency determines the number of times the material is thrown up; too high a frequency can cause screen clogging, while too low a frequency reduces efficiency; amplitude affects the height the material is thrown up; a large amplitude is suitable for loose and cohesive materials, while too small an amplitude results in insufficient screening; the screen surface inclination controls the material’s forward speed; a larger inclination is chosen for coarse materials, and a smaller inclination for fine materials, balancing efficiency and accuracy.
The support and damping system (springs or rubber dampers) and the sealing system are also very important: the former absorbs vibration shocks, reducing noise and equipment damage; the latter prevents dust leakage, ensuring environmental and personnel health.
In short, the vibration screener machine uses a vibrating device as power, separating coarse and fine materials through the movement of the screen surface, and, with parameter adjustments and auxiliary systems, achieves efficient and stable screening, making it an indispensable piece of equipment in fertilizer production lines.
