Agriculture compost production machine is the starting point for the resource utilization of organic waste. Livestock manure, straw, sludge, and other wastes must undergo aerobic fermentation treatment in composting equipment to be transformed into stable organic matter. The turner, as the core equipment, periodically turns the material, injecting fresh air into the compost pile while releasing exhaust gases and water vapor, thus ensuring a more uniform temperature. After 15-25 days of thorough fermentation, the organic matter is transformed into stable humus, and pathogens are killed by the high temperature.
The composted material then enters the processing chain of organic fertilizer production equipment. Fermented materials often suffer from clumping and fiber entanglement, requiring crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, and screening to ultimately become commercial organic fertilizer. The entire system transforms previously difficult-to-process waste into a marketable product.
If the product positioning is more advanced, bio-organic fertilizer equipment is required. The core difference between bio-organic fertilizer and ordinary organic fertilizer lies in the addition of functional live bacteria. Therefore, bio-organic fertilizer equipment has special requirements compared to ordinary organic fertilizer: contact parts must be made of stainless steel to prevent contamination; crushing and mixing must be carried out at low speeds to avoid temperature rise and damage to the bacteria; and the drying temperature after granulation must be controlled below 60°C. In addition, a microbial agent spraying system or precision metering device is required to ensure the functional bacteria maintain their activity.
